• Mr. Avinash Bajoria - Chairman cum Managing Director
Mr. Avinash Bajoria is the Chairman Cum Managing Director of the Company and Commerce Graduate by qualification. He possess rich experience of over 25 years in manufacturing, trading and export activities covering all functions of general management as liaison in public relation for Bajoria Group of Industries. He is a businessman who has vast knowledge in financial and production activities and is serving this company with his great hard work and knowledge. Mr. Avinash Bajoria is husband of Mrs. Preetanjali Bajoria, Whole-time Director of the Company and Father of Ms. Avanti Bajoria, Non-Executive, Non Independent Director of the Company. He is also director on the Board of Shipra Towers Private Limited and Goyal Complex Pvt. Limited.


• Mrs. Preetanjali Bajoria – Whole Time Director
Mrs. Preetanjali Bajoria is the Whole-time Director of the Company and Commerce Graduate by qualification. She was first inducted on 30/03/2015 on the Board of the company as an Additional Director. She possess rich experience of over 25 years in manufacturing activities covering all functions of General Management. She is a businessperson who has vast knowledge in financial and production activities and is serving this company with great hard work and knowledge. Mrs. Preetanjali Bajoria is wife of Mr. Avinash Bajoria, Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company and Mother of Ms. Avanti Bajoria, Non-Executive, Non Independent Director of the Company. She is also director on the Board of Shipra Towers Private Limited.


• Mr. Dhiresh Bansilal Soni – Independent Director
Mr. Dhiresh Bansilal Soni completed his Bachelor’s Degree from KPB Hinduja College of Commerce, Mumbai. He is a serviceman and possesses a diverse and wide ranging experience and knowledge in the field of Corporate Affairs, finance and Accountancy.


• Mr. Girdhari Lal Sharma – Independent Director
Mr. Girdhari Lal Sharma completed LLB and Bachelor’s Degree from University of Rajasthan and presently working as Corporate Consultant and advocate at Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur. He has four decades rich experience in General Administration, Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Banking Operations including availment of export Finance, effecting outward remittances, receiving inward remittances, settlement of export bills under foreign Exchange management and wide ranging experience and knowledge in the field of Corporate Affairs. He has Passed Skill Test conducted by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs for appointment of Independent Director, under Companies Act-2013. In the past he worked with M/s Vaibhav Global Limited, Jaipur till 31-12-2018 for 36 Years and 6 Months and was awarded Long Service Award from the Organization. Additionally he has received BS& G Award presented by the President of India and many other awards for his expertise in various fields.


• Ms. Avanti Bajoria - Director
Ms. Avanti Bajoria completed her Diploma in Hospitality and Business Management from Dixon University, United States. She possesses a diverse and wide ranging experience and knowledge in the field of Corporate Affairs and Business Management. Ms. Avanti Bajoria is Daughter of Mr. Avinash Bajoria, Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company and Mrs. Preetanjali Bajoria, Whole-time Director of the Company She is also director on the Board of Beetle Tie- Up Private Limited and Swagatam Procon Private Limited.
